Office Admin Traineee

Located in Tumut NSW, this engineering company is seeking a Trainee Admin to join their close knit team.

Duties will include:

- Customer enquiries - phone and walk ins
- Paying invoices
- Requesting quotes
- Employee files - making sure everyone is up to date and records are current
- Booking training courses as required
- Recruitment - referee checks, booking medicals, ordering uniforms, organising inductions, letters of offer
- Customer inductions - making sure all employees are current and okay to go to customer sites
- Record keeping - material certificates and weld test reports, safety hours, onsite tracking of employees
- Use of workflow max - entering jobs, purchase orders, looking up suppliers or customers
- Errands - whatever anyone needs
- Miscellaneous jobs - booking accommodation, booking car services, booking rooms to hire, apprentice claims, prequalifications to undertake work for other companies

**Requirements**:

- Willingness to undertake a traineeship
- Basic - average computer skills
- Knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Office
- Car and licence
- Good presentation
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Interest in career progression with a forward thinking and growing business
