A new and exciting opportunity to join the Property department has become available within National Supply Chain of ALDI Stores, based in Minchinbury, NSW. **This is a permanent full-time opportunity**.

**What does the role look like?**
- Act as the central point of contact for coordinating quotes, requesting repairs and maintenance
- Resolving all maintenance and facility issues in an efficient and timely manner
- Ensuring all aspects of implemented scheduled routine tasks are completed to the highest standard of safety
- Support and liaise closely with external stakeholders and contractors to ensure all facilities are functioning and maintained
- Actively manage area of responsibility by using initiative, suggesting ways of improvement for greater efficiency
- Completion of ad hoc tasks as requested by management

**What we need from you?**
- Minimum 12-months experience in an administration-based role
- Strong time management skills and the ability to manage conflicting priorities
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain stakeholder relationships
- Highly organised with the ability to work across multiple projects at the one time and adapt to changing circumstances at short notice
- Strong problem-solving skills, with high attention to detail
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to use initiative, be proactive and think outside the box

This role reports to the Executive Manager - Property.
