**Dental Assistant / Receptionist - Hains Dental - Robina**

**12-16 Hours Approx 2-3 days /week (Plus Saturday mornings fortnightly)**

- **Experience preferred but not essential**

**Responsibilities Include**:

- **Clinical Chair-side Assisting**:

- Reception and Admin Duties
- Answering the phones
- Managing the Appointment book and recalls systems
- Processing Payments
- Sterilisation and Infection Control

**Personal Attributes**:

- Mature
- Excellent Presentation
- Strong communication skills - able to easily build rapport with Patients
- Strong Sales Skills
- Highly Organised and able to Multi-task
- Caring and Friendly Nature
- Strong compliance with Sterilisation and Infection Control procedures

**In addition, you will have**:

- Current First Aid & CPR certificates
- **Current Immunisations as per Qld Health preventable diseases guidelines or willing to complete the process**

**Experience**:

- Dental Assisting: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer Service / Sales : 1 yrs (preferred)
- EXACT software
