**The opportunity**

We are seeking experienced Procurement Agents to join our Brisbane team. This role emphasizes impactful responsibilities that are crucial to the success and efficiency of procurement operations.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Integrates program, customer, product and in-service strategies into source selection, negotiation and contracting strategies. Negotiates pricing and contract terms and conditions.
- Manages supply and demand, schedules, supplier quality, delivery, and financial performance. This role drives and guides crucial negotiations of pricing and contract terms and conditions.
- Developing, implementing, and managing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) with suppliers and relevant stakeholders, which is a critical part of the role.
- Collaborating closely with external customers to resolve supplier performance issues.
- Managing the category Key Supplier List (KSL).
- Leading supplier performance teams to develop strategic supplier solutions across programs and commodities.
- Participating in supply chain process improvement teams and identifying improvement opportunities for potential integration into supplier contract strategies.

**Experience/Qualifications**
- Minimum 5 years Indirect Sourcing & Contracts Management
- Favourable CIPS / MCIPS Qualification
- Strong Negotiation Skills
- Understanding of Contract law
- Relationship Management Skills
