**The client**

**The role**
Working closely with the technical team you will be the first point of contact for customers when arranging service and repairs of medical related equipment.

**The responsibilities**
This varied role will include:

- processing customer orders and providing quotes
- scheduling product repairs and service and producing invoices
- ordering and transferring stock
- monitoring jobs and providing regular customer updates

To join this great team you will have:

- previous customer service or administration experience.
- an engaging phone manner and great relationship building skills.
- the ability to multitask
