Bassendean, Australia Autoleague Full time

**Autoleague** are seeking an organised and experienced **Automotive Parts Interpreter** to join our team at** Perth Trade Parts in Bassendean.**

As an integral member of our highly regarded Parts team, you will be responsible for the timely issuing of parts to retail customers as well as dealing with incoming telephone queries and orders in an efficient polite and professional manner.

**Role**:

- Determine customer requirements and advise on parts, alternatives, price, delivery, warranties and product use and care
- Building and maintaining customer loyalty and increase customer satisfaction by providing excellent customer service
- prepare invoices and process payments for parts orders
- Ensure daily orders are placed on time
- Monitor inward and outward freight arrangements
- Control and reconcile cash sales daily
- Assist in managing the department inventory and risk mitigation reports

**You**:

- Possess strong technical/mechanical knowledge and ability
- Excellent telephone and verbal communication skills
- Highly organised, with excellent time management skills and attention to detail
- Be flexible and enjoy working in a team environment
- Enthusiastic, energetic, friendly and helpful and a drive to succeed
- ** Previous experience in a Parts Interpreter role is advantageous**
