This is a faced paced role within a close knit team looking after online order processing; daily picking, packing, and processing incoming stock. You will be an integral part of this team which has a supportive and highly motivated internal culture that pushes you to succeed. The role would suit someone who is outgoing, fit, active, and has a positive, can-do attitude.

Duties include:

- Picking and packing alongside other team members
- Responding to assigned customer service tickets promptly and professionally.
- Investigating and seeking effective solutions for customer enquiries and complaints, escalating as needed.
- Meeting daily KPIs and ensure that all orders are being fulfilled in a timely manner.
- Gaining product knowledge.
- Upkeep of processing and dispatch accuracies.
- Replenishment of stock
- Reporting to management.
- Processing of incoming goods; apparel, swimwear, etc.
- Warehouse tidiness and organization

To be successful in this role you will have:

- A highly positive and enthusiastic attitude
- Goal orientated with a professional and personal development focus
- High attention to detail that will be tested
- A history of punctuality and reliability
- Willing to learn and be challenged to improve
- Approach everything with a can-do, problem-solving attitude
- Some warehousing experience is preferred

- High level of computer literacy
- Excellent customer service
- Clean drivers license
- Clean criminal record

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $24.50 per hour

Schedule:

- Flexible hours
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
