_**Job Description**_
- Deliver training to wide range of participants from diverse backgrounds in Retail & Business
- Supports positive behaviour that impacts on the business results
- Work with all areas of the organisation to ensure the contract services are productive, cost effective and meet the needs of industry and its customer base
- Participate in training needs analysis where relevant, to identify areas and skill gaps where learning intervention can support
- Identify opportunities to provide costed training and revenue generation
- Continuously, develop and maintain skills, knowledge and system experience
- Preparing and issue a training timetable
- Trainee orientation (including advertising details, venue arrangements, catering support, etc)
- Maintaining a record/proof of review and approval of assessment instruments
- Supporting and mentoring our student cohorts to break down any barriers of self-confidence and doubt for them to realise their full potential
- Ensuring that trainees are provided with the Course Guide and Student Handbook before they commence the course. must outline in the clearest possible manner what our expectations are of trainees and what trainees’ expectations might be of Cornzal Workforce Development

**Salary**: From $65,000.00 per year

- 8 hour shift

**Experience**:
- Teaching: 2 years (required)
Licence/Certification:
- Driver Licence (required)
- National Police Check (required)
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment - TAE40116 (required)
- COVID-19 Digital Certificate (preferred)
- Certificate III in Busines (required)
- Blue Card (required)
- Certificate II, III, IV up to Diploma level in Retail (required)
