Seeking a strong, skilled, and customer-orientated Asset Manager to support asset management planning - routine / reactive maintenance and lifecycle across a large portfolio.

**Base Criteria**

Holding a technical qualification, with 5+ years Asset Management experience, along with strong interpersonal relationship development skills. You will hold extensive experience in asset maintenance planning including CMMS asset population, data improvements, asset management plans, supporting overall divisional change management and lifecycle planning. You will have a background in Asset Management gained ideally in the Tertiary Education, Utilities, FMCG manufacturing or Resources sectors.

**Outline Duties / Knowledge**

Support ongoing delivery of market-leading services and projects, by providing class-leading asset management strategies focused on moving from a Reactive, to Planned and ultimately Predictive Maintenance strategy allowing for effective Life-cycle planning.

**Skills and Attributes**
- 5+ years’ experience in managing the delivery of asset management routine maintenance planning, supporting RCM implementation and lifecycle planning within Engineering Services supporting Mining, Oil & Gas, Utilities, Hospitals, Government, or Industrial premises.
- Strong Engineering skills (M&E/HVAC) with the ability to lead teams undertaking Asset reviews, audits, and visual condition surveys to enable the compilation of accurate asset lists, maintenance strategies and solutions.
- An excellent communicator, with strong written and verbal communication skills - able to drive stakeholder engagement.
- Solid experience in leading teams undertaking the scheduling of Routine Maintenance, Updating CMMS with Reactive Maintenance calls, Planning Lifecycle Asset Management strategies (1, 3, 5, 10 year) and ensuring urgent maintenance or support requests are logged and attended to in a timely manner.
- Strong systems knowledge at a management / executive level on CMMS systems such as: - SAP, Mex, Maximo, Pronto, or a similar CMMS
