**Your day to day**
Reporting to the Director of Food & Beverage/Food & Beverage Operations Manager. As Venue Manager - Lovedale Bar & Grill, you’ll be responsible for the overall operation of this busy food and beverage outlet to ensure quality service and standards are maintained to enable the delivery of a memorable guest experience. You will always follow regulations concerning health, safety and Responsible Service of Alcohol requirements. You will ensure our team are trained to a high standard and constantly delivering exceptional customer service to our guests.
**What we need from you**
You will be an operational expert with refined business acumen, bringing a wealth of venue and hotel leadership experience. People will know you for your great communication skills, passion for delivering results and track record of developing people and yourself. You’ll bring demonstrated experience managing complex relationships and a partnering with a variety of key onsite and remote stakeholders. Must hold NSW Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate, and maintain current knowledge of liquor licencing and other relevant legislation. - Fitness - you’ll be on your feet most of the day with lots of bending and kneeling - Strength - sometimes you’ll need to lift, push and pull big objects like barrels and crates up to (23 kg) - Flexible - night, weekend and holiday shifts are all part of the job
