**Your new role**
This firm is seeking an experienced Legal Secretary to join their team of talented lawyers. Your role will include a range of exciting duties tailored towards the insurance space. You will contribute towards this company's vision of achieving results within a challenging market and can feel accomplished within your contribution.
Key duties will include
- Liaising with clients
- Typing of digital dictations
- Preparation and collection of briefs and court documents
- Opening and closing of files
- Drafting and amending correspondence
- Conducting clearance searches
**What you'll need to succeed**
Legal secretary experience within the defendant insurance space is a must, along with billing experience and a 70 wpm typing speed. You will be highly organised and able to successfully juggle competing priorities and maintain exceptional attention to detail. Experience using Practice Evolve will be highly regarded.
