**The Role**

We are seeking a friendly Medical Receptionist to join our wonderful team on a casual basis working across both the Berwick Skin Cancer Centre and the Officer Skin Cancer Centre.

This position currently requires availability on Fridays and alternate Saturdays, with the flexibility to cover sick and annual leave. Our current opening hours are Monday to Friday from 9.00am to 6.00pm and Saturday 8.30am to 1.30pm.

As a medical receptionist in our practice, you will be responsible for:

- Warmly greeting and assisting patients
- Scheduling appointments and pro-actively coordinating the appointment book
- Accurate data entry of patient information
- Processing payments
- Assisting in tidying up consult rooms
- General administration duties as required

**Qualifications & Attributes**
- Customer-focused with a commitment to patient care
- A strong team player who contributes to a positive work culture
- Approachable, reliable and dependable
- Excellent communication skills, professional presentation and positive can-do attitude
- Previous experience in administrative/reception roles
- Sensitive in your approach when dealing with patients
- Authorised to work in Australia
- Current National Police Certificate
