**The Role**

We are seeking a motivated Online Fulfilment Assistant (Pick & Packer) to join the Feathers head office team on a casual basis.

The Online Fulfilment Assistant (Pick Packer) activities including:

- Picking and packing online orders.
- Processing and despatching online orders in an accurate and efficient manner to minimise delays to shipping.
- Tracking online sales through the Shopify platform.
- Conducting stock replenishment in store.
- Supporting customers on the phone and online with product knowledge, advice, and information on their historic and future purchases.
- Maintain a clean and tidy work area, returning miss-picked garments and clear pathways.

**Desired Skill**
- Experience using online fulfilment software.
- Proficient use of web browsers.
- Pick-packing experience.
- Customer service or retail experience.
- Experience working in a team.
- Experience working independently.

Casual hours: 8 - 12 hours per week

Pay: $32.06 per hour
