E-commerce Manager

**Role Overview**

The E-Commerce Manager will be responsible for managing and optimising Feathers Boutique’s online store, driving performance, and overseeing the end-to-end customer journey. This role requires both strategic thinking and hands-on execution, with a strong focus on operational efficiency, collaboration across teams, and delivering measurable results.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **E-Commerce Management**:

- Oversee the daily operations of the Feathers Boutique website and back end.
- Manage product uploads, descriptions, imagery, and merchandising.
- Monitor and enhance website performance, ensuring an excellent customer experience.
- Implement improvements and innovations to drive online sales and engagement.
- Loyalty Mangement
- SEO Maintenance
- **Order Management & Fulfilment**:

- Oversee the online order process from purchase to delivery.
- Manage and support the online fulfilment team, identifying efficiencies and cost savings.
- Maintain service excellence with a customer-first mindset.
- **Collaboration & Communication**:

- Work closely with Marketing to align promotions, campaigns, and communications.
- Partner with Design to ensure new collections are launched seamlessly online.
- Collaborate with the Executive team on business priorities and digital strategy.
- **Reporting & Analytics**:

- Produce weekly and monthly reports on online sales, traffic, and customer insights.
- Analyse data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Provide recommendations to drive growth and profitability.

**Skills & Experience**
- Proven experience in e-commerce management, ideally within the fashion or retail industry.
- Strong knowledge of E-Commerce platforms, experience with **Shopify** and/or **Retail Express**.
- Excellent organisational and project management skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actions.
- Demonstrated leadership experience, with the ability to guide a team.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across departments.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
