**This is a SELF EMPLOYED - Contractor Position.**

**LOCATIONS NEEDED: Perth, Melbourne & Sydney**

This role is operating as a self-employed associate covering work as an Assessor as determined by client terminology for the specific work. The role is responsible for delivering Food Safety audits, with the Hospitality & Retail Delivery division. This is specific audits covering Fast Food Outlets.

You will deliver high quality assessments/audits and inspections that meet the needs of customers’ specific requirements in an efficient and professional manner.

Through providing effective support you will be responsible for:
Providing your monthly availability for the proposed work.
Plan and manage the work given within the timescales agreed with the client.
To complete environmental audits (food safety, health and safety and fire safety audits) in accordance with legal and client driven requirements in line with specific country codes

To complete audit reports immediately after audit and to submit on the day of the audit.
Ensure any errors on the reports are corrected and updated when requested within 12 hours of the request.
To keep your Lead Auditor appraised of client requests during audits. Allow Shadow and Witness Audits from the client, the line manager or senior team as required.
Maintain a high level of IT skills in line with equipment and software used in the business.

You must have experience in auditing for retail outlets including fast food restaurants.

You will need

A food safety qualification
Experience in Auditing
3 years experience in retail and hospitality
The ability to travel, so access to a vehicle
