We supply high-quality meat products to a range of clients and are known for our commitment to quality, efficiency, and safety. We are currently looking for an **experienced Meat Boner** to join our production team in a **full-time role**. **Key Responsibilities** - Boning, slicing, trimming, and preparing meat to specification - Working with beef, lamb, and other meats as required - Ensuring all meat is processed to wholesale quality standards - Maintaining cleanliness and safety in the work area - Following food safety and OH&S standards at all times - Meeting production targets in a fast-paced environment - Collaborating with team members and supervisors **Skills and Experience Required** - Minimum **1 year of experience** as a boner or meat processor - Skilled in knife handling and meat preparation - Physically fit - able to lift, stand for long periods, and work in a cold environment - Able to lift up to 20kg repeatedly and work in temperatures between 0-4°C - Knowledge of food hygiene and workplace safety regulations - Reliable, punctual, and a team player - Must have **valid Australian working rights** **Desirable (but not essential)** - Certificate in Meat Processing (Boning or similar) - Experience in a high-volume or wholesale meat environment **What We Offer** - **Full-time, ongoing employment**: - **Competitive pay**, aligned with experience and award standards - Stable weekday hours - Supportive team and management - Opportunities for growth and development If you meet the above requirements and are looking for a long-term role in a supportive, fast-paced wholesale meat environment, we want to hear from you. **Click "Apply"** and include your **resume** and a brief **cover letter** outlining your experience.
