About the Role

In line with the Commercial strategy/Operating/Regional plans and under close supervision of a more senior Commercial Manager, to manage long term relationships with small to medium sized accounts in order to meet customer requirements and to achieve targeted sales, revenue growth and traffic development. Alternatively may manage small sized infrastructures and/or parts of sales programmes / initiatives.

What to expect:
- Identify customer needs / market opportunities and achieve business growth by building and maintaining long term customer relationships in the Oceania region with primarily medium accounts and/or developing market infrastructures and/or implementing initiatives of medium size/complexity.- Develop plans for medium sales account / infrastructure development / initiatives to achieve targeted sales objectives and generate revenue in an optimal, cost-beneficial way.- Implement plans towards assigned medium customers/market infrastructure by coordinating and tracking all activities. Assist in the implementation of larger plans/projects/programs- Act as a single point of contact for medium sized clients and/or support as a center of expertise on a specific area/initiative.- Liaise with other divisions/departments, commercial team managers and members to provide a coordinated service and integrated solution to assigned customers. Feedback internally market intelligence, customer feedback, product issues and other relevant information.- Acquire and maintain skills and knowledge by attending industry events and conferences in Oceania region to stay up to date with the latest trends and developments in the industry- Share knowledge about customers, products markets, and methodology.

What will make you successful:
- University degree in business/finance related, MBA will be preferred.- 3-5 years of experience in sales/account management, of which at least 2 years in the financial industry/business- Experience of managing sophisticated solution sales project, preferably from banking or financial services- Experience working in a diverse, multi-cultural, cross-functional environment and across geographies and teams- Ability to manage all aspects of a client’s business and take a leadership role managing assigned accounts- Comfort with high levels of ambiguity and the skills to prioritize within a rapidly changing environment- Excellent internal and external interpersonal and networking skills including at senior management level- Communicates strategy and key messages with clarity, consistency and confidence- Excellent writing and speaking skills in English
