Experienced Head Barista

**Head Barista Wanted | Stoa, Bokarina**

We’re on the hunt for an experienced **Head Barista** to join our team at **Stoa** - a coastal, design-led venue that blends specialty coffee, good vibes and elevated service.

**What we’re looking for**:

- Someone who **lives and breathes specialty coffee**:

- Confident in **dialing in espresso** and maintaining **shot consistency**:

- Comfortable in a **high-volume environment** (we’re pumping through 50kg+ a week)
- Available **5 days a week**:

- Ready to commit to a **long-term role** and grow with us

You’ll be leading the coffee program and setting the tone for quality, speed and service. If you know how to manage workflow, train others, and keep standards high under pressure - we want you on the machine.
