Rackley Swimming, part of City Venue Management, is seeking a Head Coach with the necessary experience and skills to establish a squad program that caters to swimmers of all abilities, from the junior squad up to national representative levels, as well as surf and fitness squad programs. This full-time position is located at the Kawana Waters Aquatic Centre in Queensland. The facility features a 10-lane, 50-meter pool, an 8-lane, 25-meter pool, and a teaching pool. The program caters to over 150 Squad swimmers and offers a learn-to-swim program with more than 1,500 students. **About Rackley Swimming & City Venue Management**: City Venue Management (CVM) is a facility management company that operates aquatic centres, swim schools, coaching programs, and health clubs across the Queensland & New South Wales. Key responsibilities include: - ** Program design and Implementation**:planning, implementing, and evaluating training programs that address swimmers' physiological and psychological needs across various skill levels. - ** Swimmer Development**: Foster a positive and supportive training environment, encourage swimmers' progress, and facilitate a smooth transition between the Learn-to-Swim and Squad programs. - ** Teamwork and Collaboration**:Collaborate with the facility team and other staff to ensure consistency and high-quality coaching across all programs. - ** Community Engagement**: Promote club participation and encourage swimmers to participate in club activities, as well as local, state, and national competitions. - ** Communication**: Foster and maintain positive relationships with team members, swimmers, parents, and the broader community. - ** Commercial Skills**:manage and allocate resources effectively, with a strong understanding of budget management and financial reporting.
