Duties are as follows:

- Manage and maintain Salesforce Marketing Cloud instance, including data management and data cleansing
- Maintain and document marketing cloud configuration and operational processes
- Ability to support integration between Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Salesforce Sales/Service cloud
- A good understanding of integrating external data sources to Marketing Cloud
- Develop and implement marketing automation workflows and journeys
- Experience/Exposure to Salesforce CRM administration, specifically campaigns and how these are managed across the Marketing and CRM platforms
- Experience with design and appropriate use of data extensions
- Monitor and analyse campaign performance and provide actionable insights to the marketing team
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing automation is integrated with other systems and processes.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce Marketing Cloud features and functionality, and make recommendations for improvements
- Provide training and support to end-users, including troubleshooting and problem-solving

**Essential criteria**
- 3+ years of experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud administration and implementation and Salesforce Marketing Cloud certification.
- Strong understanding of CRM systems and processes, specifically Salesforce.
- Proficient in SQL, AMPscript, and HTML/CSS.
- Ability to analyse data and provide insights to improve campaign performance.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Subject to negotiations with line manager, hybrid working arrangements in line with the clients policy are available (minimum of 3 days each week in the office, with flexible arrangements in place for the remaining 2 days.

Due to the nature of the client, you will need to be an Australian Citizen and be able to obtain a
**Negative Vetting Level 1 clearance**.
