**Our Opportunity**

To support our ongoing growth, our Galintel team are seeking a Despatch Clerk to join the team. This position is a part-time permanent opportunity based in Derrimut, VIC. You will be supporting the Warehouse Supervisor to ensure DIFOT for all orders. This may include:

- Scheduling and booking transport for both deliveries and pick ups of Weldlok and Galintel products
- Ensure all despatch dockets and consignment notes are accurate
- All clerical duties related to the movement of Goods locally and interstate
- Ensure all customers are advised of delivery scheduling for their orders
- Provide customer support over the phone and face-to-face

**The Right Person**

To be considered for this opportunity, the right person will have:

- Minimum 2 years experience in a similar customer service role
- Exposure to Pronto or similar software
- Previous experience in Building &/or Construction industry will be highly regarded
- Trade certificates and/or Tertiary Qualifications will be well regarded
- Rights to work in Australia
