We are seeking a highly capable **Program Coordinator**to oversee our NDIS Centre-Based and Community programs for **over 80 clients (from 18 months to 25 years old)** attending weekly, fortnightly and weekend programs.

You will lead a dedicated team, oversee daily program operations, write programs and activity plans, and ensure a positive, structured and safe environment for our clients.

**What You’ll Do**
- Oversee daily program operations across Centre-Based and Community programs
- Coordinate one-on-one program and activity schedules
- Write program plans, behaviour considerations and activity structures
- Support clients attending between 1-3 times per week
- Ensure compliance with NDIS Practice Standards and WHS
- Provide team management, coaching and guidance to support workers
- Communicate professionally with families, guardians and stakeholders

**ROLE PURPOSE**

The Program Coordinator is responsible for the daily leadership and coordination of centre-based and community programs. This includes writing structured programs, managing rosters, supporting clients with varied disabilities, supervising staff, ensuring compliance with NDIS Practice Standards, and creating a safe, positive and organised environment.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**

**1. Program Development & Delivery**
- Write activity programs, session plans, and weekly schedules
- Implement person-centred approaches
- Prepare risk assessments and behaviour considerations
- Monitor outcomes and adjust programs as needed

**2. Client Coordination**
- Coordinate one-on-one programs
- Communicate with families, carers and support coordinators
- Oversee incident management and follow-up
- Ensure accurate daily notes and documentation

**3. Staff Leadership & Supervision**
- Oversee a team of support workers
- Support training, onboarding, and skill development
- Promote calm, respectful and positive culture

**4. Compliance & Quality**
- Ensure delivery aligns with NDIS Practice Standards
- Maintain WHS and safeguarding requirements
- Uphold client privacy and updated client data accuracy

**5. Operations & Administration**
- Oversee program operations
- Maintain systems, files and daily reporting
- Manage resources and activity materials
- Communicate operational updates to staff

**REQUIRED SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES**
- Experience in daily program disability, NDIS, community services or similar
- Excellent organisational and scheduling ability
- Strong written skills (programs, reports, documentation)
- Calm, patient and predictable demeanour
- High attention to detail
- Ability to lead, coach and guide teams
- Professional communication with families and stakeholders
- Understanding of behaviours of concern & risk

**DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS**
- Cert IV Disability / Community Services
- Leadership or management qualifications
- NDIS training (Quality & Safeguards)
- First Aid + CPR
- Behaviour Support or Mental Health experience

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
