**About the Opportunity**

Garden Services Officers provide general gardening and grounds maintenance services across our independent retirement villages and corporate sites. You will be delivering exceptional service to residents who live in our independent living retirement villages.

**About You**

You are willing to work as part of a team of gardeners, supporting other team members when needed and prepared to work with residents in ECH villages.

You will provide landscaping, gardening and grounds maintenance services across multiple locations.

You are expected to know the needs and requirements of older people and their desire to continue to live independently.

You will put in initiative and discretion to analyse and address resident complaints and implement effective responses/solutions.

You will deliver memorable service experiences for our residents.

You are kind, even when a bit stressed out, dynamic and energetic. You are also flexible and adaptable to change.

You are passionate about caring for people in the community and will contribute your ideas and hard work to make ECH better every day.
