Labourly is a Melbourne-based labour hire company connecting reliable workers with top-tier civil construction projects across the city. We're currently looking for a **civil labourer** with **plant operating experience** to join an ongoing project in **Melbourne**.

This role suits someone with a background in civil or subdivision work and **at least one** of the following**:excavator, roller, water cart, or HR licence**.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Support civil works, including trenching, pipe laying, backfilling, and general labouring
- Operate machinery (where licensed) including excavators, rollers, or water carts
- Follow site instructions and adhere to safety procedures
- Work closely with leading hands and site supervisors

**Role Requirements**:

- Experience in civil construction or subdivision projects
- **Valid tickets/licences** for any of the following: excavator, roller, water cart, HR
- White Card
- Strong attitude toward safety and teamwork
- Physically fit and reliable

Pay: From $40.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
