**Description**:
**About the Role**:
Dynamics G-Ex is currently on the lookout for an adaptable Branch and Customer Support Officer to join our team in Gympie, QLD.

In this role, you will play a pivotal part in providing administrative and customer support on both a national and local level.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Manage phone calls and update CRM on any incoming calls.
Organise quotes and process orders through our ERP.
Open communication with internal and external customers.
After sales support for customers, follow through orders to ensure delivery within agreed delivery time.
Communicate with the warehouse teams to arrange the dispatch of orders.
Book and track freight services as required.
Assist walk-in customers and handle credit card payments.

**Skills and Experiences**:
**About You**:
Customer Service Background.
Mining Industry Background (preferred)
Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
Superior attention to detail.
Be results-driven and demonstrate a track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
Exceptional customer service skills.
Be well-presented and maintain a pleasant demeanor.
Be a strong team player who embodies the values of Dynamics G-Ex.
