Our client is seeking to engage multiple Duty Managers in a Permanent, Full Time Position.

**About the Role**:
The Duty Manager will take the lead and maintain Operations and Customer Service experience within the business.

**Customer Service**
- Working with the Customer Service Officers (CSO) team to ensure company information is accurately reported within the business.
- Provide timely and effective response to all customer enquiries and ensure friendly, professional and courteous interaction with all customers.
- Look for customer service improvements and work with the internal stakeholders to provide a premium customer service experience.

**General Operations**
- Build strong relationships with internal staff and other stakeholders.
- Co-ordinate and liaise with Customer Service Officers in relation to reporting, statistical and operational data regarding customer service operations including but not limited to;
- Customer feedback and general office queries.
- communication of business protocols.
- Review and process incident and WHS Hazard Reports and send required data to the Facilities Manager as required for the Quarterly Risk Management Meetings.
- Report on day-to-day activities including but not limited to inspecting alarms, investigating issues when required and escalate if needed.
- Daily Property Inspections.
- Managing a diary for contractors i.e BSC for out of peak time works as well as escorting to secure areas such as company's IT rooms if required.
- Be the point of contact for general queries.
- If required be the Chief Fire Warden for the department during Evacuation training sessions and Emergencies.
- Investigate maintenance issues in the department and coordinate after hours works of contractors as required.
- Ensuring the ground and surrounding areas presents well at all times, communication and working with the teams and Contractors on any issues.

This position requires shift work, 7 days per week / 24 hours per day.
