**The Role**

***
Created to help the successful launch of the ‘soon to be’ Sydney office, this position will be responsible for developing, implementing and executing the marketing plan - initially to attract, and then ongoing to attract, engage & retain customers

Bolstered by an experienced Head-Office team, you will have the support of a Digital Marketing Manager, Graphic Designer, PR and international Head of Marketing to help you at a local level.

Marketing
- Lead the planning and delivering of marketing plans and events which are of relevance to members
- Oversee the development, management and optimisation of all paid media initiatives
- Drive innovative customer experience, working with the Operations and Community teams to ensure smooth implementation
- Ensure that offline and online insights are integrated into media planning, both regionally and locally, and support the development of on-brand experiences across communication mediums
- Coordinate and host weekly breakfasts and monthly drinks and regular training events in line with member feedback on popular topics

Budget & KPI Management
- Manage paid media budgets and team resources
- Monitor results of marketing efforts / ROI
- Make key budgeting and tactical changes, to constantly improve performance
- Work on win:win relationships with partner companies for collaboration / sponsorship of events

Internal/External Management
- Build, develop and manage relations with external stakeholders, such as regional media agencies, marketing and content agencies
- Assess sponsorships, partnerships or collaboration requests and opportunities with like-minded brands and communities
- Provide regular reports to the leadership team

**Special Requirements**
- Above all you will be a self-starter with good business acumen, a collaborator and possess high energy
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role (ideally in Property, Hospitality of a similar ‘service’ style industry)
- Proficiency in electronic marketing automation software / EDM’s (HubSpot is an advantage)
- Experience in producing small events would be an advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
