**The Opportunity**:
Come and join our team We are seeking a Community Disability Support Worker located in Newport. You will be responsible for supporting a customer with daily living tasks, enabling them to live an independent and holistic life. Each day may look a little different but your work will be centred around the following:

- Providing support in everyday daily activities around the home
- Providing support with hygiene and personal care
- Assistance, support, and chaperoning activities outside the home environment
- Assisting with medication compliance which may include the dispensation of prescription medication
- Meal assistance which may include meal preparation
- Community access

**To be successful in this role you will have**:

- At least one year experience as a Disability Support Worker
- NDIS Clearance, First Aid (3 yrs), CPR (12 months) & National police clearance - or willingness to obtain
- Drivers License & comprehensive car insurance

**What shifts are we offering?**

We are currently offering the below shifts:

- Tuesday 10am-1pm
- Wednesday 10am-1pm and 1.30pm-4.30pm
- Friday 10am-1pm and 1.30pm-4.30pm
- Saturday 1.30pm-4.30pm (every second week)
