**Your opportunity**

This role is responsible for leading and embedding the Data Governance capability in the Customer Experience & Customer & Business Development work streams, growing awareness, championing engagement, ensuring Scentre Group’s customer data is safe and secure, and data usage can be maximised to deliver an optimised customer experience.

You will be responsible to
- Support the CX & CBD work streams to develop their Data Strategy and support the development of an appropriate Data Governance framework around this
- Partner with our key stakeholders to understand their requirements and work together to achieve these
- Work with the relevant teams to understand customer data user stories and ensure that these align with the stated and agreed enterprise permitted uses
- Lead the roll out and embed the Collibra data governance platform
- Ensure that Collibra remains accurate and updated
- Develop & maintain inventory of the customer data information maps

**What will set you apart from the rest?**
- Experience in developing and operationalizing data based guidelines, procedures and standards
- Demonstrated ability to build cross-functional relationships
- Knowledge of data governance tools, ideally Collibra
- Experience in supporting change around Data Governance and how we embed this in our organisation
- An understanding of the Australian Privacy Principles
