**Job Description**:
**This is exciting opportunity exists for a part time (3 days) Administrator for a 5 months contract (with the possibility of extending the contract)** **in our Malaga office.**
- Oversee and control the process of jobs
- Invoicing and preparing monthly financial reconciliation and assists BM in preparing monthly forecasts.
- Client Liaison - Maintenance of harmonious relations with our customer base and staff including other SGS branches.
- Update and create BOSS/Oracle Pricing Templates for Minerals Trade; Critical Requisitions; Transaction listings; iProcurement; Maintain Min Trade Assets register;
- SIR reporting, Job sheets, Reconciling Interlab and Subcontractor invoices; Maintain Min Trade House; Collate authorized signatories and IT authorizations; Enter new customers setup into Workflow;
- Prepare documentation for and host internal and external audits
- Organising and maintaining up to date documentation required by Global OI statistics, like: training records, Take 5s, fatigue management, mileage etc.

**Qualifications**:

- Technical undertanding of inspection processe
- Understaning of procurement and finance processes.
- Good communication skills both written and verbal
- Well organised and self driven
