Diverse Experience:
Gain hands-on experience through 6-month rotations in diverse business units such as Retail, Consumer and Healthcare, Government and Defence, Resources and Industrial, and Intermodal. Each rotation will place you at a different site, giving you a holistic view of our business and showing how various units contribute to our overall success.Supply Chain Mastery:
Develop practical knowledge of our entire supply chain network and build valuable professional networks.Support Systems:
Learn from industry leaders with your own buddy, a peer support network, and a program manager.Working with Major Customers:
Contribute to developing tailored solutions for some of Australia's most iconic brands.Development:
Enhance your skills with structured and on-the-job training, plus leadership workshops. Identify areas of interest and potential career paths within the company.Exciting Projects:

What do you need to apply?**Education**:
Completed or due to complete your undergraduate degree in a Supply Chain and Logistics related discipline by the end of 2025.Residency

: Australian citizen or permanent resident (including New Zealand citizens) at the time you apply.Passion:
Excited about the opportunities in the logistics industry.Availability

: Able to commence the program in February 2026.
