Are you a motivated and enthusiastic Property Manager looking for your next career move? We are looking for a passionate Property Manager to take on a key role within our friendly and professional team specialising in residential.

**About the Role**
- Manage Execute Management Agreements
- Undertake handover of properties from builders and or legacy agent
- Prepare ingoing Inspection
- Schedule routine inspection
- Manage the listing properties
- Schedule and undertake open homes
- Prepare lease documents
- Manage rent arrears in line with agency’s policy
- Manage Assistant Property Manager and any administration support personnel
- Receive and process notices of repairs and maintenance whether urgent or non-urgent on a same day or next day basis in order to mitigate any expenses that may be incurred by the Property Owner and inconvenience to tenants
- Issue notices when necessary to ensure that the residents adhere to their agreementsD
- Deal with complaints in relation to a Tenant’s conduct
- Renew the Tenancy Agreement in a timely and compliant manner

**What We’re Looking For**
- Real Estate Land Agents Registration
- Strong administration skills.
- Proven customer service expertise.
- Experience in trust account management.
- At least 1 year of experience as a Property Manager.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Confidence in making decisions and using initiative
- A proven ability to build and manage relationships
- Adaptability and a calm demeanor under pressure
- A passion for delivering exceptional client service
