We are currently working with a fantastic hospitality group looking for a Bar Manager to lead the way in one of their North Sydney Venues.
You'll be responsible for creating and managing the drinks menu and cocktail list, over see the main dingin room and the adjoining Gin and Whiskey Bar.
**The role**:
- Lead, train and motivate the bar team, bringing out the best in each person and striving to achieve the very best in product and service.
- Full creative input into the cocktail list and bar offerings. Take the adjoining bar under your wing and see your input drive it to further success.
- Oversee inventory management, including ordering and stocking beverages, to meet customer demand while minimising waste.
- Develop and maintain vendor relationships to secure quality products at competitive prices.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze trends, and develops strategies to maximise revenue and profitability.
- Excellent communication and proven proven ability to collaborate effectively with the restaurant management team, address customer feedback, and resolve any issues promptly.
**About you**:
- You have a proven track record in bar management, ideally with experience in both restaurant and bar environments.
- You demonstrate strong leadership qualities, with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
- Driven to provide customer satisfaction, possess excellent interpersonal skills to ensure guests have a memorable experience.
- You are highly organised, capable of managing inventory, scheduling, and other operational tasks efficiently.
- You have an innovative mindset, essential for developing unique beverage offerings, promotional events, and marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.
