Looking for a meaningful career where you can make a real difference in people’s lives? Our Carer Traineeship program is a great way to start your journey in aged care - and we’ll support you every step of the way.

At our Ballina home there are both full and part time opportunities available (min.21 hours per week) where you'll receive on-the-job experience, formal training and support - all leading to a Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing).

**What does the Trainee Carer program with Bupa look like?**

You’ll be supported to learn and grow as you provide quality, person-centred care to our residents. The training is designed to reflect your day-to-day responsibilities as a Carer, giving you the confidence and experience to thrive in the role. Upon completion there will be the option to transfer to a Carer position within the home.
