**ABOUT THE ROLE**

**Position**

In the position of Trainee IT Support Officer you will be mentored by IT professionals and gain valuable skills in all of Council’s information technology systems and processes, while completing your studies.

As a Trainee IT Support Officer you will be studying a Certificate IV in Information Technology which is estimated to take 10-23 months to complete.
