YOUR ROLE
PM Monday to Friday (1 pm - 9 pm) and Friday to Monday (8am - 2pm) shifts available
Base rate of $36.17 / hour + 17.5% shift penalty (PM shift only) + 13.75% super
Role offered under the CEVA Logistics & Transport Workers Union National EA, the details of which can be found at fwc.gov.au.
As a Team Leader at Berrinba, QLD you will coordinate the day-to-day operational activities of a team of Storepersons and help ensure that we meet customer expectations, whilst maintaining a compliant and safe environment.
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
**Specifically, you will**:
Coordinate the day-to-day activities of your team
Coach, support and develop team members
Ensure compliance with CEVA policies and procedures, especially safety.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
Strong safety awareness and committed to safe work practices
Good customer, stakeholder and communication skills; and computer literacy
Experience using a Warehouse Management System (WMS)
