We're excited to offer a fantastic opportunity to join our South Australian team in a casual position At Youfoodz, you'll have the chance to learn, develop, and grow to your full potential. While you'll be supported by a Business Development Manager, success in this role requires the ability to work independently. This position enables you to build strong relationships with Store Managers and proudly represent Youfoodz with enthusiasm and passion.

With our recognisable product we are one of the most iconic brands in the Ready Made Meal retail market. You will represent Youfoodz in The Independent Channel and Petrol and Convenience

**You will**
- Drives store sales through point-of-purchase and shelf management.
- Plans call schedules by aligning priorities with supervisors and incorporating product updates or promotions.
- Builds strong customer relationships with store managers, department heads, and employees.
- Ensures shelf upkeep by tidying displays, removing damaged products, and optimizing layouts.
- Monitors inventory levels, restocks shelves, and coordinates reorders or product returns.
- Tracks competitor activities and provides insights through detailed call reports.
- Assists with special promotions by setting up displays, monitoring performance, and sharing feedback.
- Reports on retail location changes, enforces quality standards, and explores opportunities for added value.

**You have/You are **
- Exceptional communication skills are essential to effectively liaise with diverse stakeholders and negotiate with confidence.
- Strong time management and prioritisation skills, along with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and directions, are crucial for success in this role.
- Demonstrate a proactive and energetic approach to driving the brand across multiple touchpoints.
