Merchandiser Position Requirements

1. Valid Driver's License:

• The candidate must possess a valid driver's license, as driving will be an essential part of the role.

2. Access to a Car:

• Access to a reliable vehicle is required for transportation to various retail locations.

3. Ability to Carry Stock:

• The candidate must be physically capable of lifting and carrying stock, including boxes and display materials, as part of the merchandising duties.

4. Availability:

• Availability to work between 8 to 32 hours per week, with flexibility between Monday and Thursday.

5. Organizational Skills:

• Strong organizational skills are essential to effectively manage merchandise displays, stock levels, and inventory rotation at multiple locations.

6. Communication Skills:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary for interacting with store managers, colleagues, and customers.

7. Attention to Detail:

• Attention to detail is crucial for ensuring accurate product placement, pricing, and signage in accordance with company standards.

8. Time Management:

• Effective time management skills are required to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and maximize productivity during merchandising activities.

9. Problem-Solving Abilities:

• The ability to identify and resolve merchandising issues or challenges independently, such as out-of-stock items or display discrepancies, is essential.
