**ABOUT THE ORANGE DOOR**
**The Orange Door service brings together different practices and services, providing a consolidated intake point and whole of family approach. Key aims include increasing the safety and wellbeing of family violence victim survivors and holding perpetrators accountable for their behaviour. Specialised training and the opportunity to upskill will be provided.**
**ABOUT THE ROLE**
**We are seeking Specialist Family Violence Senior Practitioners to join our growing team of skilled professionals at our new Werribee hub. The role will report directly to an The Orange Door Team Leader and work closely with the Specialist Family Violence Senior Practitioners. You will be responsible for undertaking family violence risk assessments, safety planning and providing referral pathways using a client centred approach.**
**This role is available on either a full time or part time (0.9 EFT) basis and paid at GenWest EA Level 6 pay point dependent on experience (ranges from $96,962.32- $99,096.40) pro rata EFT + 10.5% superannuation + $15,990 salary sacrificing.**
