We are seeking a Menswear Designer to join our dynamic team, where you will play a pivotal role in designing and developing the Menswear range for the Australian and New Zealand markets.

In this position, you will collaborate closely with the Buying Manager and other key stakeholders to create stylish, trend-driven collections that resonate with our customers.

**THE ROLE**:

- Prepare mood boards and colour palettes for presentation to the Creative Director and Buying Manager.
- Collaborate with the Design Director and Planner to develop balanced apparel collections.
- Brief graphic designers on monthly range requirements to ensure impactful presentations.
- Work with Production Coordinators to meet safety and compliance standards for all products.
- Attend fit sessions, providing direction and feedback on fit comments.
- Analyse weekly sales reports to identify bestsellers and opportunities for growth.
- Communicate timely updates on product delivery and ensure quality standards are met.
- On-site role 5-days per week, based in our St Kilda Road offices.

**THE IDEAL CANDIDATE**:

- Minimum 4 years of experience in Design or Product Development.
- Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator and InDesign).
- A tertiary qualification or equivalent in Fashion Design/Buying.
- Standard knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Strong analytical, numerate, and accurate skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Strong team player with effective time management skills.
