Senior Creative Leader Opportunity

Job Overview:

We are seeking an exceptional Senior Designer to lead our design efforts and drive product innovation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical apparel, menswear, and industrial workwear or similar.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement trend-driven design concepts that align with our brand positioning and customer needs.
  • Conduct critical reviews of existing products to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
  • Create detailed technical specifications to support accurate and efficient product development.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure optimal fit and quality across product ranges.
  • Manage and monitor adherence to timelines, striving for continuous improvement in speed-to-market.
  • Communicate design and development progress clearly across teams, identifying and resolving roadblocks.
  • Ensure product compliance through rigorous wearer trials, quality testing, and risk assessments.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar position, with experience in technical apparel, menswear, and industrial workwear or similar being highly regarded.
  • Strong work ethic, commitment to teamwork, and willingness to receive coaching and feedback.
  • Self-motivation, ability to manage time and priorities effectively, and strong communication skills at all levels.
  • Strong eye for detail, accuracy, and ability to work autonomously as part of a team.
