**A little taste of your day-to-day**:
Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:

- Taking guest orders and making menu recommendations
- Preparing and serving a wide variety of hot, cold, artisan and speciality beverages
- Receiving and processing guest payments
- Keeping us well-supplied by ordering, receiving, and distributing essential stock
- Helping set exceptional cleanliness standards across all work areas and equipment

**What We need from you**:
At Hotel Indigo, we love people who are authentic, confident, and passionate about creating outstanding guest experiences. We are looking for positive people, with excellent communication skills, and a can-do attitude You will also be:

- Experienced and Knowledgeable
- Previous experience working in food and beverage outlets and Barista skills will be highly valued.
- Passionate
- we want someone who is positive, with a can-do attitude, who loves our venue as much as we do Someone who is personable wants to meet new people and be part of a close-knit team.
- Articulate
- a great communicator, you'll be warm, welcoming, and easy to talk to
- Flexible
- nights, weekends, and holiday shifts are all part of the job
- Compliant
- you'll hold a valid Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate
- You'll have current work rights in Australia
