We are looking for a **PROFESSIONAL BARISTA** interested in a casual, long term position of 5 shifts per week including weekends. Always consistent hours as we are not a tourist reliant business.

**REQUIREMENTS**:
As a guide, our current baristas have between 5 - 10 years' experience, so you will need to prove that you can create 200-300 silky smooth coffees per day.

You will also need to show us your **excellent latte art skills** as most of our coffees are dine in.

Our coffee machine is front and centre, so this is not a behind-the-scenes roleYou will need to prove that you have experience in providing friendly service.

Saturdays and Sundays are required. Our roster hours are between 6am and 3.00pm, so no nights and no split shifts.

Our customers are used to very personal service, so this position will suit someone who truly enjoys treating customers as friends rather than just a docket number

**Who we are**:
Family owned and operated, Café Alfons has just celebrated its 11th birthday. We do breakfast and lunch 7 days a week. This is a busy local’s café with hundreds of regular customers we know by names, coffees and meals. We serve modern cuisine including traditional breakfast and lunch favourites and a selection of signature dishes.
