**About the role**

We are looking for an experienced MuleSoft Technical Lead to lead the integration efforts across a diverse, enterprise-scale environment. This is more than just a development role, you’ll provide hands-on leadership, set strategic technical direction, and play a critical role in shaping how integration delivers business value. With a wide technology landscape spanning MuleSoft, Java, Spring Boot, Axway, and other integration platforms, this is your opportunity to step into a high-impact role that blends leadership, strategy, and delivery.

**What you'll do**
- Take ownership of end-to-end MuleSoft integration design and delivery
- Define strategy, best practices, and reusable patterns for enterprise integration
- Collaborate with stakeholders and engineers to design secure, scalable APIs and services
- Mentor developers and uplift MuleSoft capability across distributed teams.
- Support CI/CD pipelines and ensure integration performance, security, and reliability
- Engage in knowledge transfer and lead handover from the outgoing tech lead.
- Partner closely with offshore delivery teams for aligned execution

**What you'll bring**
- Deep hands-on experience with MuleSoft and strong capability in designing scalable integration solutions
- Expertise in RESTful APIs, RAML, SOAP, and data transformation best practices
- Solid programming background in Java and Spring Boot
- Working knowledge of API gateways such as Axway, and other ESB platforms
- Strong understanding of CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Git, and experience with cloud environments (AWS/Azure)
- Proven leadership experience in distributed or hybrid team setups
