Our client based in Perth’s metropolitan suburbs is currently seeking a Team Leader Parking Services.

**Your new company**
Our client requires a Team Leader Parking Services to join their busy government department. The position is looking for an immediate start.

**Your new role**
As a Team Leader Parking Services your responsibilities will include:

- Providing leadership and direction to team members and coordinating day to day activities
- Assist in the development and implementation of training for the Parking Services Team
- Provide and administer high quality parking services
- Promote a response team culture
- Support the Parking Manager in implementing best practice parking, traffic and incident management initiatives on campus.

**What you'll need to succeed**
Your previous experience in a similar role will be essential, as will:

- Demonstrated customer centric focus
- Well developed verbal and written communication skills
- Experienced in leading and developing a team
- Proven experience in coordinating operations
- Knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations i.e., OSH, Equal Opportunity, and Disability Services
