**About the Role**
**Key Responsibilities**
- Receive and process new participant referrals.
- Liaise with participants, families, support coordinators, and allied professionals to gather relevant intake documentation.
- Schedule intake assessments, meetings, and follow-ups.
- Ensure timely preparation of Service Agreements, risk assessments, and participant profiles.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records
- Manage digital and physical filing systems securely and efficiently.
- Assist in maintaining participant documentation in line with NDIS Practice Standards.
- Support scheduling, rostering, and communication between teams.
- Generate and manage reports, invoices, and NDIS claims as required.
**Essential Criteria**
- Prior experience in an admin/intake or similar role within the disability or community services sector.
- Knowledge of the NDIS framework and participant pathways.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- High level of attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and uphold professional boundaries.
**Desirable Criteria**
- Experience working with culturally and linguistically diverse communities.
- Understanding of the NDIS Practice guidelines
- Certificate III or IV in Business Administration, Community Services or related field.

Pay: $51,237.85 - $82,869.15 per year
