**About the Role**

We’re looking for a passionate Gardens and Grounds Maintenance Team Member to join our team in **Bayswater** You’ll be responsible for maintaining gardens and lawns at residential and commercial sites. If you bring the right attitude, we’ll provide the training you need to succeed.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Perform all aspects of gardening, lawn care, and grounds maintenance
- Support the Team Leader in fostering a positive, values-driven team culture
- Assist supported employees in building skills and reaching their employment goals
- Complete tasks as directed by Team Leaders
- Bring a positive, can-do attitude to every job

**What We’re Looking For**
- Background in property or garden maintenance, including lawn and weed identification
- Familiarity with operating relevant equipment (training provided if needed)
- Physically fit for manual handling tasks
- Strong communication, negotiation, and organisational skills
- Ability to prioritise tasks within a small team
- Valid driver’s licence - minimum P2
- Confident towing a trailer
- Hold or be willing to obtain a NDIS Worker Screening Check.
- Hold or be willing to obtain a Working with Childrens Check
