A great opportunity now exists for **Experienced Primary and Secondary Education Tutors **with experience in English or Mathematics to join the team at the **Kip McGrath Education Centre** at Cleveland QLD as they enter a new growth phase.

**ABOUT THE ROLE**

At **Kip McGrath**, we focus on what's important... QUALITY TEACHING In a small group setting, you will be able to realise your passion for teaching literacy and numeracy. You will help students to develop their confidence and meet their goals every day.

**In this role you will be responsible for**:

- Teaching students using the **Kip McGrath** methodology,
- Tutoring students in a positive, caring manner to promote self-esteem and self-worth,
- Learning how to use our Kip software to plan and conduct face to face lessons,
- Developing and maintaining a positive relationship with students and parents,

**ABOUT YOU**

**To succeed in this role, you will need the following skills and attributes**:

- A teaching degree or be in the final year of your degree,
- A current Working with Children Check (Blue Card),
- A friendly, professional and personable manner,
- Ability to work in a team environment,
- Confidence using software and computers,
- Genuine love for learning and teaching,
