The Role:
As our Sales & Wellness Consultant, you’ll be the first point of contact for new and existing clients. You’ll blend **consultation and sales** with **hands-on service delivery** to ensure every client has a transformative experience. From welcoming clients and giving tours, to guiding them through treatments and helping them select the right membership or package, you’ll play a vital role in both their wellness journey and our studio’s growth.
- Provide warm and professional client consultations.
- Give tours of the studio and educate clients on the benefits of our treatments.
- Guide clients through sessions, including operating and monitoring machines.
- Maintain cleanliness and readiness of treatment areas.
- Manage bookings, enquiries, and client communications.
- Promote memberships, packages, and upsells in a supportive and consultative way.
- Deliver exceptional client care at every touchpoint.

What You’ll Bring:

- Highly desirable**:previous sales experience** (preferably in fitness, health, or wellness).
- Background in the **fitness industry** or similar customer-facing role.
- A genuine passion for wellness, recovery, and helping people feel their best.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills — able to listen, engage, and build trust.
- Professional presentation and a proactive, reliable approach.
- Confidence to operate modern wellness equipment (training provided).
- Flexibility to work across our operating hours (7am-7pm weekdays, 8am-3pm weekends).
