In order to reinforce our retail teams, we are currently recruiting a **ASSISTANT BOUTIQUE MANAGER** **YOUR MISSION** Reporting to the Boutique Manager, you will be responsible in the overall management of the boutique to ensure profitability, brand recognition, team’s management and development, while adhering to Panerai policies and procedures. **HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?** - You will support the Boutique Manager in development of a highly motivated team and the creation of a sales and service driven environment - You will support the Boutique Manager in achieving or exceeding monthly and yearly Boutique turnover and KPI targets set by Panerai - You will assist in the Boutique administration and security in compliance with Panerai/Richemont procedures and policies to ensure smooth running of the boutique. - You will participate in maintaining highest standards in the appearance and maintenance of the boutique environment to offer best in class experience. - You will be a key contributor to building a strong boutique database and long-term relationships with clients - You will coach the team in delivering a seamless client experience **HOW WILL YOU EXPEREINCE SUCCESS** - With your strong communication skills, you will be able to develop a strong network. - With your excellent customer service mindset, you will be able to deliver an unmatched client experience. - With your strong sense of luxury service and aesthetics, you will train the team by sharing your wealth of knowledge. **HOW DO WE KEEP YOU SMILING** - You will be part of a dynamic Miason where your skills and talent will be recognized. - You will share with us the same values such as "enriching communities, care attitude, continuous improvement, efficient accountability." - You will work within a multicultural team and gain international experience. - You will navigate with us on our sustainability journey. - You will develop and take your career at the next level with potential opportunities with maison and the Richemont group. **Would you like to be a modern hero?** Connect with us :
